I've gone through many, many changes in the last few months. I must say, most of them positive ones. However, through those changes I haven't found the time I'd like to keep my online business going or post here. I endeavor to structure my time so I might one day soon open my shop again and run it as a part time business. And... I certainly want to get back to Blogging as I have found so many truly talented, beautiful, giving friends here that I want to stay connected with.
I have been working full time for the last 3 months as a Guest Services Agent in the Concierge Lounge at a hotel resort in my city. I absolutely adore this job! I meet the most fascinating people from all parts of the world and live vicariously through their life's journeys that they share with me. It truly is a perfect fit for me. Always curious about people and how they live, my appetite is quenched through my interaction with the guests.
What will my future bring? Of that, I am not certain. But for once, I'm OK with that. I am learning to let go of the need to have everything laid out and planned. I am grateful for today and I look forward to tomorrow. That's enough for now. That in itself is a huge lesson for
me - the one who likes to be in charge of destiny. I laugh just thinking about that. Destiny is teaching me who's really in charge and I'm liking it.
